About Us
Who is Diaspora Services Italia?
Diaspora Services Italia is the service platform of Diaspora Medias di Ndiaye Alioune (VAT IT04815490265), a sole proprietorship based in Milan, active since 2016. We work in synergy with LBS Senegal SARL in Dakar to provide comprehensive support to African diaspora communities in Italy.
Who are your services for?
We primarily serve Senegalese and African citizens living in Italy, diaspora families looking for housing, administrative guidance, or assistance dealing with Italian institutions. We are also available to Italian and African businesses interested in developing B2B partnerships between the two countries.
What languages do you work in?
Our team operates in Italian, French, English and Wolof. The CIAO call center (+39 02 8296 0511) handles calls in the first three languages via multilingual AI, 24 hours a day.
Housing
How does the housing search service work?
Diaspora Services Italia maintains a private database of selected properties across Italy. After purchasing the service, you access your Reserved Area where you can browse property listings filtered by region, province and municipality. Property owners do not have direct access to the platform — you are the one who chooses and makes contact.
