Operating in audiovisual media, digital communication, diaspora services and administrative support for foreign nationals in Italy.
Binational Structure
Diaspora Medias operates in synergy with LBS Senegal SARL (Leisure and Business Services Senegal), based in Dakar — Cité Cophets, Ouest Foire.
This binational Milan–Dakar structure enables us to support diaspora communities on both sides of the Mediterranean.
Media Ecosystem
The group is active in broadcasting with Africa7 Radio & TV, D24 TV and D24 Italia (Diaspora 24), the first African satellite TV based in Italy since 2010, and in digital press with FIIAfrica, a media outlet specialized in African geopolitics and economic diplomacy.
Our Mission
Diaspora Services Italia is the group’s service platform: housing support, administrative assistance, documentation guidance, hotel bookings and B2B partnership development between Italy and Africa.

A journalist, entrepreneur and consultant specialized in African diaspora dynamics in Europe, Alioune Ndiaye has worked at the crossroads of media, services and transnational economic development for over twenty years.
Founder of Diaspora24 — the first African satellite TV based in Italy since 2010 — and CEO of the Africa7 Radio & TV group (Senegal), he is also Editorial Director of FIIAfrica, a media outlet specialized in economic intelligence and Africa–Europe relations.
His career spans journalism (Walfadjri, Le Quotidien, Le Soleil, RTS, Africa24), charter flight management between Italy and Senegal — with over 35 rotations across several European carriers including Albastar, Neos and Blue Panorama — GSA representation for international airlines, and institutional consulting for the IOM (International Organization for Migration).
A deep connoisseur of Italy’s institutional landscape and Senegal’s public sector networks, he cultivates an entrepreneurial vision rooted in mobility, tourism, civil aviation and international relations.
