Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website diasporaservices.it and the purchase of services offered by Diaspora Medias di Ndiaye Alioune. Use of the site and the purchase of any service imply full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of Services
Diaspora Services Italia offers the following paid and free services:
- Housing guidance — access to a private database of selected properties in Italy
- Administrative assistance — support with paperwork and document guidance
- Hotel bookings — search and booking assistance
- B2B support — search for business partners between Italy and Africa
- Immigration guidance — information on entry and residence procedures
- Investment development — support for economic cooperation projects
⚠️ These services consist exclusively of support with paperwork and document guidance. They do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or “patronato” services within the meaning of D.Lgs. 286/98 and D.Lgs. 276/2003.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract between the Customer and the Provider is finalized upon completion of payment through the WooCommerce/Stripe platform. Following payment, the Customer receives:
- Order confirmation by email
- Service Agreement in PDF format
- Login credentials for the Reserved Area (where applicable)
4. Prices and Payments
Service prices are not published on the site and are provided upon request through a free personalized quote. Payments are accepted via:
- Credit/debit card (Stripe — PCI-DSS Level 1)
- PayPal
All prices include VAT where applicable. The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time, with no retroactive effect on contracts already concluded.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 of D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo) and EU Directive 2011/83, the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without needing to provide any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases (art. 59 D.Lgs. 206/2005):
- Services already fully performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period, with the consumer’s express consent
- Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the consumer’s agreement
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice to info@diasporaservices.it or to the PEC address diaspora.medias@pec.it within the required period.
6. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration and purchase
- Not share their Reserved Area login credentials with third parties
- Use the services in compliance with applicable Italian and European law
- Not use the information received for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order
7. Limitation of Liability
The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes in relation to the services provided (obtaining permits, visas, lease agreements, business partnerships), as such outcomes depend on decisions made by third parties (public authorities, property owners, companies).
The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of opportunity arising from the use or non-use of the services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence pursuant to art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on diasporaservices.it (text, graphics, logos, structure) is the exclusive property of Diaspora Medias di Ndiaye Alioune or its respective owners and is protected under copyright law (L. 633/1941). Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the Provider’s written authorization is prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
For any dispute relating to these Terms or the services provided, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, the Court of Milan (Foro di Milano) shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law applicable to the consumer.
Pursuant to art. 14 of EU Regulation 524/2013, consumer Customers may access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
10. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Provider reserves the right to amend them at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
