ℹ️ Who we are, in this area: Diaspora Services Italia is the author and the guardian of your case. We listen to the request, check the documents, follow the file and remain your point of contact. Operational execution and the corresponding invoicing are handled by the authorised partner who performs the service. No procedure is started before the conditions have been explained to you.
Services at the desk
National and international shipping
Parcels and documents within Italy and worldwide with the major carriers. Delivery in 24/48 hours within Italy, online tracking, packing at the desk.
Luggage storage
We keep your luggage for as long as you need, with no limit fixed in advance. Conditions are agreed when you drop it off, according to the nature of the luggage.
CAF procedures and administrative services
Declarations and certificates handled by a CAF, completion and submission of forms, preliminary checking of documents before any filing.
SIM, SPID, printing and payments
Phone line activation, creation of the SPID digital identity, printing and photocopying, bill payments and top-ups.
Italian language — A2 and B1 courses and exams
Preparation and enrolment for the A2 and B1 certificates, recognised and valid. Next examination session on 20 November 2026.
🇮🇹 Italian language: the session of 20 November 2026
Command of Italian governs much of the administrative path: long-term residence permit, citizenship, access to qualified work. The Diaspora Desk prepares candidates and enrols them for the A2 and B1 certificates.
The oral exam covers work, family and Italian culture. Preparation courses run ahead of the session. Enrolment is open and places in each session are limited: it is worth coming to the desk early.
